Location is CONVENIENT, extremely cheerful staff were happy to help. Adequate & very classy unit with very comfortable beds. Location not far from river and centre.

Very good value for money, good choice. Rich breakfast, fab central location and worth every penny views. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff was polite and check in was simple. Restaurant in hotel was light and the pool area was excellent.

The hotel was happy, had regular double rooms. Breakfast had plenty of options, including coffee, eggs, hot waffles and cheese. Unique location, so close to walls of chester.
